Moroccan Jewry and its long history are the focus of a year-long series of events during 2010-2011. The series includes cultural exhibitions, concerts, a film festival, international symposium and heritage tour of Morocco. This year will also see the establishment of the Resource Center for Moroccan Jewish Heritage. The dinner and entire series is being held under the High Patronage of His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco.

Cocktails: 6:30pm | Dinner 7:30pm followed by program

A special honor will be bestowed upon His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco during the Gala Benefit Dinner. It will be accepted on his behalf by Serge Berdugo, Ambassador-At-Large.


Keynote Speaker: The Honorable Marc C. Ginsberg, Former U.S. Ambassador to Morocco; First Jew to be appointed U.S. Ambassador to an Arab country
